New Website Process - Internal
Brief
A good starting point for this project would be for you to provide me with a questionnaire I can fill in. Let’s treat this project as a test basis to define a solid website process. Regarding the process, this should involve all agents when defining the end process. My input is something as follows: Discovery call with client Notes from discovery call passed to agents Agents and TK work on a website workshop and define the goals of the website, learn about the brands and colours, the market, the owners and what the website needs Following the workshop, we work on wireframes and a first draft of the homepage And then once a design direction has been set, roll out the entire website build

the powerpoint needs alot of work from a design sense. put our best creatives on it. I also need a word doc download of the process so i can tweak Attached files (saved to tasks/attachments/task-_XIpNrAr/): GMGB_Website_Workshop.pptx this is a fantastic start, reall well thought through, see attached a slidedeck i use in an agency i work in. if anything is useful, pull it from there. then in the v2, provide me with a powerpoint also. it should be designed and styled
